Angela Viejo Palacio (Spain) is a Yoga teacher (more than 500 hrs): Acro Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Thai massage and Yoga for children. Angela practices yoga since she was 20, and she makes sure everyone has fun while practising!

Acro Vinyasa: we will go over some basic postures and techniques, as well as learn some new things; so we can have fun, loose fears, get strong and to gain confidence in inversions!

We will practice a sequence of Ashtanga postures (Rocket Fundamentals).
